Staff members in the Permanent Service in University of Sri Jayewardenepura and Postgraduate Institute of Management can now Register with Research Council Researcher Portal.

Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding to register for the Researcher Portal.

• Please use a valid SJP/PIM email address during the initial step, as an OTP for user validation will be sent to this email.
• Please be ready with screenshots of the Google Research Profile for verification
• Provide accurate details about your research and personal information.
• Submit your documents in the specified pdf format.
• Meet all the eligibility criteria as specified in the guidelines.
• Be a permanent staff member of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura or Post-Graduate Institute of Management, USJ
• The applicant should process an updated Google Scholar Account with a verified institutional email address (SJP email address)
• The publication should contain the University of Sri Jayewardenepura as the researcher’s institutional affiliation
• If the applicant is the corresponding author, the publication should contain SJP email address
